]]> À l’aube des Jeux Olympiques et Paralympiques de Paris 2024, la Fédération Française de Randonnée Pédestre (FFRandonnée), labellisée Terre de Jeux 2024, lance un événement exceptionnel et unique: « La Grande Randonnée vers Paris » afin d’encourager le pratique de la marche et de la Randonnée , activité physique et sportive accessible au plus grand nombre et ce, à travers 7 itinéraires à travers la France. La FFRandonnée Nord participe naturellement à cet événement et propose aux randonneurs amateurs ou aguerris à l’itinéraire du Grand Nord afin de découvrir les richesses paysagères et culturelles des Hauts de France.

CONCEPT DE L’ÉVÉNEMENT
Dès le début de l’année 2024, ce ne sont pas moins de 250 Randonneurs Ambassadeurs qui partent sur les chemins pour 7 grandes traversées de la France, au départ de 16 villes métropolitaines.
Les départs différés sur plusieurs mois depuis ces villes, aux 4 coins de la France, permettent aux randonneurs de découvrir des itinéraires exceptionnels, empruntant des GR® balisés par les bénévoles de la FFRandonnée.
Cet événement participatif contribue à renforcer les liens entre le sport, la nature et la célébration collective.
Bien au de-là de l’aspect sportif, la Grande Randonnée vers Paris constitue une opportunité unique de promouvoir la santé, le bien-être, le respect de l’environnement et de transmettre les valeurs portées par le FFRandonnée depuis plus de 75 ans auprès d’un large public.
Elle vise également à renforcer le sentiment de communauté parmi les nombreux randonneurs qui participeront à cette aventure.

ITINÉRAIRE GRAND NORD:  AU COEUR DES PLAINES ET FORÊTS SECRÈTES DES HAUTS DE FRANCE
En parcourant plus de 10 000 kms à travers la France, la Grande Randonnée vers Paris sera indéniablement une expérience inoubliable, mêlant sport, culture et partage.
Depuis le 13 janvier 2024, de nombreux départs ont lieu et ce, jusqu’au 19 avril avec l’objectif de se rejoindre tous ensemble à Paris, le 10 mai 2024 après un parcours de 500 étapes.

→ Le grand départ pour l’itinéraire Grand Nord aura lieu le vendredi 19 avril dans la commune d’Halluin.
→ Jusqu’au 22 avril, chaque jour, de nombreux parcours sont proposés aux randonneurs amateurs ou avertis.

Chaque année, le CDOS du Nord attribue le label Parité Sport aux clubs volontaires qui facilitent l’accès des femmes à la pratique sportive et aux fonctions de dirigeantes.

COMMENT OBTENIR LE LABEL « PARITÉ SPORT » 2024?
Chaque club volontaire doit remplir le dossier de labellisation, avant le 31 mars 2024, en respectant la charte et le cahier des charges:

Les dossiers de demande sont ensuite examinés et, s’ils respectent le cahier des charges, la labellisation est attribuée pour une durée de 2 ans, renouvelable sur demande.

Le CDOS du Nord s’engage à aider les clubs dans la mise en place de leur projet, leur propose des outils de communication grand public (cartes postales, affiches, communication sur les réseaux sociaux,…) mais également une aide financière à la prise de licences par l’intermédiaire de coupons sport.

]]> Le mouvement sportif est engagé pour la prévention des violences dans le sport, le harcèlement et notamment les Violences Sexuelles. Les acteurs de l’Etat et du mouvement sportif mènent, avec des associations partenaires, des actions de prévention à la fois pour éviter que ces violences ne se produisent mais aussi pour aider les victimes à parler, à être écoutées et à être accompagnées.  L’emprise mentale utilise la manipulation mentale pour parvenir à ses fins. Toutes les catégories socio professionnelles, toutes les situations de la vie quotidienne (le travail,  le couple, la croyance, la famille, voir même l’amitié…) sont concernées. Il existe dans les clubs sportifs de multiples formes d’emprise mentale (coachs-gourou, président de club tyrannique, sélectionneurs autoritaires, parents despotiques.. ). Les exigences accrues de la compétition ont favorisé ces dérives. Mais comme le monde sportif, personne n’est pas épargnée

VIOLENCES SEXUELLES: UNE EXPOSITION ET LE TÉMOIGNAGE D’UNE ATHLÈTE

L’exposition « Cri d’alerte », conçue par l’association la Voix de Sarah et l’artiste Tom Bartowicz est composée d’une série de 20 photographies de victimes issues de différentes disciplines sportives.
Cependant elle s’adresse à tous car elle concerne tous les âges et toutes les situations et statuts de la vie.
Le Sport est concerné :  MAIS PAS QUE…
➤L’exposition était visible dans le hall de l’hôtel de Ville de Tourcoing toute la journée le jeudi 18 avril dernier.

➤En soirée,  la conférence débat autour du témoignage de Sarah Abitbol, Présidente de l’association “La voix de Sarah”, patineuse artistique, violée à 15 ans par son entraîneur a ému toute les personnes présentes.
➤Elle a été suivie de l’intervention du Docteur Lavernhe, psychologue clinicien qui a évoqué les mécanismes de l’emprise mentale et a apporté des conseils pour aider les victimes.

SAVOIR RECONNAÎTRE L’EMPRISE MENTALE
Thomas MARSHALL l’a défini comme telle :
« la manipulation mentale consiste à entrer par effraction dans l’esprit de quelqu’un pour y déposer une opinion ou provoquer un comportement sans que quelqu’un sache qu’il y a effraction »
➤ Savoir reconnaître les signes d’une emprise mentale qui peut entrainer des conséquences psychologiques dramatiques et avoir les clés pour y remédier sont les thèmes qui ont été abordés lors de la soirée proposée par le CDOS du Nord et la Ville de Tourcoing.

➤ Tous les sports sont susceptibles d’être touchés, notre rôle dans la prévention consistera à développer cet esprit de vigilance à l’égard des multiples signes de conditionnement ou d’endoctrinement.
Mais pas que… Nous sommes TOUS CONCERNÉS!
➤ Le Docteur Lavernhe, psychologue clinicien, a expliqué aux participants les différentes phases, les conséquences de l’emprise mentale et les pistes afin que les victimes retrouvent leur indépendance psychologique.

]]> Simon BACQUAERT… Un fondateur, un animateur, un administrateur de haut niveau… Mais surtout et avant tout… 70 ans d’engagement bénévole. Quelques mois après son épouse, Simon BACQUAERT est décédé ce vendredi 23 février 2024. Il avait 93 ans, dont plus 70 ans d’une vie associative commencée en 1946, sans discontinuer, autour de sa passion, l’équitation, et son département, le Nord.

 

Simon a exercé toutes les missions de dirigeant associatif bénévole, de simple membre de comité à trésorier, secrétaire général et surtout président de nombreuses associations dans le sport, l’équitation en premier lieu, et le tourisme.

Ce n’est pas par soif de pouvoir que Simon a cumulé ces responsabilités, mais son enthousiasme, sa grande acuité des possibilités de développement de l’équitation, du sport en général, du tourisme, tout cela dans son département du Nord qu’il connaît parfaitement, son envie de créer et de développer, l’ont conduit à les assumer, ces responsabilités, pour être l’initiateur et le moteur de très nombreux projets.

Et il y a le Comité Olympique. Arrivé en 1988 au CDOS qui n’en était alors qu’à l’adolescence pour reprendre une métaphore propre à notre Président de l’époque Jean-Pierre Roussel, Simon en a connu toutes les grandes évolutions, en y prenant des responsabilités importantes, Trésorier dès 1992, Vice Président de 2007 à 2017.

Le 21 septembre 2015, Monsieur le Ministre Patrick Kanner a remis à Simon Bacquaert les insignes de Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite, récompensant un itinéraire dans lequel se sont illustrés tellement d’engagements et sur une si longue période, itinéraire qui n’aurait pas été possible sans avoir au fond de lui des qualités humaines et de cœur au service des autres, avec une constance et une fidélité exemplaires.

Nous, élus et collaborateurs du CDOS, avons été très heureux et très fiers de compter parmi nous une si belle personne, une si belle personnalité, qui a incarné à merveille les trois valeurs olympiques : viser l’excellence, faire preuve de respect, célébrer l’amitié.
Toutes ces années nous avons vu la droiture de Simon, son respect des autres, son sens de l’engagement et de l’intérêt général, nous avons écouté ses commentaires sans ambages, ses prises de position toujours pertinentes, portées parfois avec une passion démonstrative, certains s’en souviennent encore …

Simon, tu n’as jamais manqué au CDOS.
Au CDOS de ne jamais manquer de rappeler à ses membres et à tout le mouvement sportif nordiste combien tu as été un ami fidèle et dévoué et un très grand dirigeant nordiste.

]]> En cette année Olympique et Paralympique de Paris 2024, la promotion de la Grande Cause Nationale 2024 a été décrétée. Son but: inciter toute la population Française à pratiquer une activité sportive et notamment en club. Le sport ayant un rôle social et sociétal, le Mouvement Sportif est naturellement au coeur du dispositif. Différentes actions sont proposées, dont les 30 m’ d’activités physiques et sportives tous les 30 du mois.

LES ACTIONS DE LA GRANDE CAUSE NATIONALE
La grande dictée du sport
➤La grande dictée du sport est un grand tournoi de dictée qui se déroulera en  25 étapes sur toute la Métropole et les Territoires d’Outre-Mer. 
La 1ère étape a eu lieu à Saint Denis et la finale se tiendra sous la Coupole de l’Institut de France.

➤30 m’ d’activités physiques et sportives tous les 30 du mois
Promotion de 30 m’ activités physiques tous les 30 du mois chez tous les partenaires de Génération 2024 afin de mobiliser le grand public.

➤Sport au coeur des villages: 
Promotion de la pratique sportive tout en favorisant l’accessibilité en milieu rural et créer du lien en soutenant la vie associative dans les villages, soit 500 villages de moins de 1000 habitants.

LABELLISATION DES PROJETS POUR LA GRANDE CAUSE NATIONALE
➤Le Label Grande Cause Nationale 2024 sera attribué à des projets et des événements qui favorisent le promotion de l’activité physique et sportive.
Je souhaite faire labelliser mon projet: il doit répondre à au moins 5 critères:

♦Promouvoir les 30′ d’activité physique et sportive par jour
♦S’adresser aux publics éloignés de la pratique sportive
♦Favoriser l’accès au sport pour tous
♦Lier le sport et la culture
♦Activer le rôle sociétal du sport

]]> La campagne du Pass’Sport 2023-2024 est désormais terminée.
Vous êtes un  club et vous rencontrez des difficultés pour obtenir votre remboursement ou pour obtenir des informations… Pas de panique. Retrouvez sur cet article, vos contacts privilégiés. 

FIN DE LA CAMPAGNE
La campagne sur le dispositif Pass’Sport s’est achevée le 31 décembre 2023.
Il restait un grand nombre de personnes pour lesquelles l’éligibilité a été contrôlée et  le code Pass’sport 2023 a ensuite été tranmis. Les demandes transmises avant vendredi 29 décembre 2023 18h ont toutes été étudiées.

DES QUESTIONS ? TOUS VOS CONTACTS PASS’SPORT DANS LE NORD:
♦POUR LES FAMILLES & LES ÉTUDIANTS:
⇒La campagne s’est achevée le 31 décembre 2023.
Toutes les familles qui n’avaient pas reçu leurs codes et avaient fait la demande via la plateforme du Ministère avant le 29 décembre 2023 18h00 ont été étudiées. Les familles éligibles ont reçu le Pass’Sport.

♦POUR LES CLUBS
Lors de cette campagne,  le Ministère des Sports Olympique et Paralympique a fait un versement tous les mois afin de ne pas faire attendre les structures et de payer plus régulièrement. L’Etat a payé  directement les clubs.

TÉMOIGNAGES
Le Pass’Sport permet aux jeunes éligibles de pouvoir bénéficier d’une aide sur le prix de leur licence sportive. Témoignages:
Célia, 8 ans: « Avant le Pass’Sport, je ne pouvais pas faire du sport en club, mes parents ayant peu de moyens. Grâce à cette aide, j’ai pu rejoindre mes copines et m’inscrire dans un club de judo. C’est mon sport préféré ! « 

Ilian, 15 ans: « Grâce au Pass’Sport, j’ai pu avoir une réduction de 50 € sur mon inscription à mon club de football. C’est vraiment super ! Et j’ai pu ainsi m’acheter de nouveaux crampons pour la rentrée ! «

]]> Dimanche 3 décembre est la Journée Internationale du Handicap. Dans ce cadre, le Comité Départemental Olympique et Sportif du Nord, engagé dans la sensibilisation du Handicap, lance un appel à projets  » Moi aussi, j’y serai ».  Cet appel à projet s’adresse aux jeunes des clubs sportifs et aux associations sportives scolaires Nordistes. Les équipes lauréates gagneront 5 places pour assister à une épreuve des Jeux Paralympiques de Paris 2024. Découvrez comment vous pouvez y participer !


LES CONDITIONS POUR Y PARTICIPER
Cet Appel à Projets s’adresse aux jeunes des clubs sportifs et aux associations sportives scolaires du Nord.
Les participants devront respecter certaines conditions :
➤Jeunes de 14 à 25 ans licencié.e.s dans un club ou une association sportive scolaire du Département du Nord.
➤Equipe de 4 jeunes accompagné.e.s d’un adulte référent (enseignant/dirigeant/entraîneur, …)

COMMENT PARTICIPER ?
Les participants peuvent candidater jusqu’au 19 avril 2024 inclus en faisant connaître leur action exemplaire et innovante dans l’une des 3 thématiques pour « soutenir l’engagement en faveur des grandes causes sociétales » :
♦Cohésion sociale
♦Inclusion
♦Valeurs et citoyenneté

LES LAURÉATS DE L’APPEL À PROJETS
Les équipes lauréates gagneront 5 places pour assister à une épreuve des Jeux Paralympiques de Paris 2024, le lundi 02 septembre 2024 (les transports seront à la charge des lauréats)

UNE OPPORTUNITÉ POUR LES JEUNES DE FAIRE CONNAÎTRE SES BONNES PRATIQUES
La volonté du CDOS du Nord est d’encourager les jeunes des clubs et associations sportives scolaires et de leur donner l’opportunité de faire connaître les bonnes initiatives et pratiques exemplaires de leur structure.

Leurs actions quotidiennes pourront alors être mises en valeur à travers cet Appel à Projets.

]]> Le projet SWoL avance…Nous invitons dès maintenant les clubs à se labelliser. Obtenez le Label SWoL ! Contribuez à l’égalité Hommes Femmes dans la gouvernance du Sport Français. Le Label SWoL est à destination des Clubs Sportifs qui s’engagent à promouvoir la féminisation de leur gouvernance.

RAPPEL DU PROJET SWoL
Il s’agit d’un partenariat de collaboration, dans le cadre d’Erasmus + Sport, qui vise à promouvoir l’égalité d’accès des femmes aux postes de direction dans la gouvernance du mouvement sportif européen.
Le but est de créer un LABEL EUROPÉEN qui valorise les clubs sportifs qui entreront dans la démarche en regard d’un cahier des charges et d’une charte.

POSTULEZ DÈS MAINTENANT AU LABEL SWoL
Ce label est un moteur pour créer une émulation dans le club. Les clubs labellisés seront postés sur le site internet SWoL donnant ainsi une grande visibilité locale et nationale. Il est décliné en OR, ARGENT et BRONZE offrant au club la possibilité de franchir des étapes dans sa progression en le représentant d’une année sur l’autre car les questions posées sont aussi des conseils de bonnes pratiques à mettre en place si ce n’est pas encore fait dans le club ;

SWoL propose :

  • UNE CHARTE qui décline 6 axes fondamentaux qu’il faut d’abord signer,
  • UN CAHIER DES CHARGES à remplir en ligne qui permettra d’évaluer ce qui est fait, ou en cours, ou à faire pour favoriser l’accès des femmes aux fonctions dirigeantes du club et du mouvement sportif,
  • UN GUIDE DES BONNES PRATIQUES existantes et innovantes recensées dans nos 4 pays qui est consultable pour aider à progresser.
