]]> « L’inclusion par le sport: un défi Européen ». L’objectif est de favoriser l’inclusion chez les jeunes en leur proposant un programme d’activités sportives et culturelles, visant à renforcer les valeurs éducatives et citoyennes,  et à leur donner des compétences pratiques, manuelles et intellectuelles et ce pour leur vie future (professionnelle et personnelle).
Les 3 partenaires pour ce projet Européen, appelé SWING sont: Le CDOS du Nord (porteur du projet), l’association JUMP IN en Italie et l’association Udhëtim i Lirë – Liberi di Viaggiare en Albanie.

CONCEPT
Le projet, porté par le CDOS, repose sur l’inclusion :
à savoir, optimiser et développer des valeurs éducatives chez les jeunes à travers des activités sportives et culturelles.
→Il a pour objectif de renforcer les valeurs éducatives et citoyennes, de mobiliser les capacités manuelles et intellectuelles tout en les impliquant activement dès le départ dans la conception et la mise en place du projet.
→Les jeunes seront sensibilisés à la richesse et la connaissance culturelle des pays puisque des rencontres dans chaque pays seront organisées en plus des rencontres en distanciel au moyen des outils numériques.
→Le suivi et le témoignage de ces rencontres sont illustrés par Lydéric, notre dessinateur professionnel, sous forme de BD.

LES OBJECTIFS
Les objectifs du projet SWING, sont :
–Amélioration des capacités d’apprentissage ;
-Amélioration du sens de l’initiative et de l’autonomisation et de l’estime de soi ;
-Amélioration dans la pratique des langues étrangères ;
-Sensibilisation accrue à la dimension interculturelle, participation active à la société ;
-Amélioration des connaissances du projet et des valeurs de l’Union Européenne ;
-Compréhension intellectuelle d’une autre culture et briser les barrières entre culture et peuple ;
-Favoriser l’égalité des chances
-Promotion de l’inclusion des jeunes par la citoyenneté, refus de la discrimination et du racisme
-Développement des compétences des jeunes
-Stimulation diverse du jeune
-Dépassement de soi

♦La réalisation d’une BD témoignera des 3 séjours des jeunes et de la progression de leurs parcours.
♦Des vidéos seront également montées par les jeunes lors de leurs séjours rapportant leurs activités, leurs rencontres avec les autres jeunes et la population locales, des scènes de la vie quotidienne…

DES RETROUVAILLES EN FRANCE
Elles sont la suite logique des 2 mobilités précédentes: la 1ère a eu lieu en Italie, en juillet 2022, où les 12 jeunes âgés de 13 à 14 ans ont rejoint leurs homologues Italiens et Albanais à Ortelle- Castro Marina en Italie. 
L’Albanie fût ensuite la terre d’accueil pendant les vacances de Pâques 2022.
Du lundi 10 au samedi 16 juillet, le CDOS a accueilli une délégation de 15 albanais dans le cadre de cet échange ERASMUS. C’est au CREPS de Wattignies que se sont retrouvés jeunes Albanais et Français . Le programme de la semaine était résolument tourné vers l’inclusion à travers des activités sportives mais aussi culturelles. Cette semaine a permis aux adolescents Albanais mais aussi Français de découvrir le Nord à travers son historique minier, ses spécialités culinaires et son dynamisme sportif.
Hasard du calendrier, les enfants ont pu s’imprégner de l’effervescence de la fête nationale avec une magnifique soirée à Wallers-Arenberg (concerts, manèges, feu d’artifice) et une journée de championnat de France de VTT à Jeumont.

Le point de vue des organisateurs : Cette semaine a été riche en découvertes pour la délégation albanaise mais aussi pour les jeunes français du Quesnoy qui ne connaissaient que trop peu le reste du département.
A cet âge (14/15 ans), il est compliqué de passer outre les divergences culturelles et d’aller vers l’autre en osant, qui plus est, défier la barrière de la langue.
Il s’agissait donc de forcer l’interaction à travers des activités collectives et inclusives. Nous avons pu assister à quelques précieux moments d’échange entre les jeunes où les différences se sont estompées pour laisser place à une bonne humeur générale.

]]> Les 4 partenaires du projet ERASMUS + Sport SWoL comme « Sport Women Leaders » (Italie, Portugal, Macédoine du Nord, et la France coordinatrice), se sont rencontrés pour la 1ère fois en France, à Lille, mercredi 7 et jeudi 8 décembre 2022, 5 mois après le lancement officiel du projet.

   

RAPPEL DU PROJET SWoL
Il s’agit d’un partenariat de collaboration qui vise à promouvoir l’égalité d’accès des femmes aux postes de direction dans la gouvernance du mouvement sportif européen.

Le but est de créer un LABEL EUROPÉEN qui valorise les clubs sportifs qui entreront dans la démarche en regard d’un cahier des charges et d’une charte.

UNE RENCONTRE À LILLE LES 7 ET 8 DÉCEMBRE
La première étape du projet est la réalisation d’un guide des bonnes pratiques qui est d’ailleurs l’objet de cette 1ere rencontre à Lille.   

UN MOMENT D’ÉCHANGES ET DE PARTAGES RICHE EN INTENSITÉ !
Le mercredi matin après les mots d’accueil du président du CDOS du Nord, Jean COSLÉOU, du Président du CROS Hauts de France, Francois COQUILLAT et de Patrick PIRET représentant le SDJES du Nord, chaque partenaire s’est présenté et Colette ANDRUSYSZYN, Présidente de la commission Sport et Femmes du CDOS du Nord et coordinatrice de SWoL a rappelé le projet dans ses détails.

Chaque partenaire a ensuite exposé le contexte statistique de son pays. Le faible taux de féminisation dans la pratique sportive et les fonctions de dirigeantes justifie grandement notre projet ERASMUS + Sport : ainsi pour le Portugal et l’Italie, il y a 28% de licenciées féminines et 0% de femme présidente de fédérations, pour la Macédoine du Nord 36% de licenciées mais 8,9% de dirigeantes et pas de présidence féminine. La France a un petit temps d’avance avec 37% de licenciées et 16% de présidentes de fédérations et une femme élue pour la première fois à la présidence du CNOSF. La parité est encore loin.

L’assemblée présente a été sensible au témoignage de Sophie PALISSE, Présidente du Saint Amand Handball – Porte du Hainaut, qui a expliqué son parcours de sportive de haut niveau et de femme dirigeante d’un club de haut-niveau.

Enfin l’Italie (ASSIST) a partagé les résultats de son précédent projet ERASMUS 2018 « Step Up Equality » qui analysait les freins au Leadership féminin sportif en Europe (discriminations structurelles, culturelles, environnement peu favorable).

LE GUIDE DES BONNES PRATIQUES
Un état des lieux au sein des pays concernés a été établi à l’issue d’échanges et enquêtes sur les expériences réussies dans l’augmentation du leadership féminin. C’est ce guide de bonnes pratiques pour l’accessibilité des femmes aux fonctions de dirigeantes que les partenaires ont travaillé le mercredi 7 décembre après-midi en appui de l’étude préparée par ASSIST. Une fois finalisé, il sera posté sur le site internet.

Une première conclusion ressort de l’analyse des questionnaires : augmenter le nombre de femmes dans les instances à l’aide des quotas ne signifie pas avoir supprimé les barrières, mais seulement avoir utilisé un outil, certes important, pour accélérer un processus. Pour le pérenniser, nous devons lever ces freins et identifier les indicateurs de progression dans les domaines sur lesquels il nous faut agir. 

7 axes ont été retenus pour la construction de la charte et du cahier des charges, notre prochaine étape, dont l’axe culturel, l’axe de la gouvernance, l’axe de l’équité des sexes, des rémunérations, etc…

UNE RENCONTRE DE TRAVAIL MAIS PAS QUE…
La délégation a été invitée à visiter à Saint Amand les Eaux la maison natale de Louise de Bettignies qui fut résistante pendant la Grande Guerre, espace consacré aux femmes engagées socialement et politiquement mais trop souvent oubliées.

Après ce moment culturel, les partenaires ont assisté à la rencontre de handball féminin Saint Amand Handball – Porte du Hainaut / Brest Bretagne Handball en Ligue Butagaz Energie (Division 1). Une victoire au bout d’un suspense incroyable.

]]> Erasmus+ est un programme qui soutient financièrement les organisations qui travaillent dans le cadre de partenariats internationaux et partagent des pratiques innovantes dans les domaines du sport, de la jeunesse, de l’éducation et de la formation.

Le Comité Départemental Olympique et Sportif du Nord coordonne le projet Erasmus + Sport SWoL (Sport Women Leaders) avec 3 partenaires européens : Sport Evolution Alliance (SEA – Portugal), National Athletes Association (ASSIST – Italie), Comité Olympique de Macédoine du Nord (MK NOC).

QUELS OBJECTIFS?

  • Ce projet vise à promouvoir l’égalité d’accès des femmes aux postes de direction dans la gouvernance du Mouvement sportif européen en ciblant tout particulièrement les associations sportives
  • L’objectif est de créer un label pour les clubs sportifs qui s’engagent dans la promotion et la réalisation d’un projet lié à la féminisation de leur gouvernance et de leur gestion. Ce label rendra l’approche plus visible, sera un moteur pour d’autres et créera ainsi une forme d’émulation.

QUELS CONTENUS?

  • Ce label sera défini par un cahier des charges qui encouragera les structures à adopter des systèmes et des pratiques exemplaires en s’inspirant des expériences existantes (que l’on retrouve dans nos pays et chez nos voisins)et d’actions innovantes.
  • Une charte sera créée et le club revendiquant le label devra signer et tout mettre en œuvre pour que l’égalité des sexes soit respectée de manière durable.
  • Tous ces documents seront mis à disposition sur un outil numérique qui sera largement diffusé et mobiliser tous nos réseaux pour obtenir maximum d’adhésion à cette Charte et au label
  • Référencement de 3 clubs « test » par pays

LES ÉTAPES DU PROJET

Partage de bonnes pratiques => guide => cahier des charges => charte => suivi de 3 clubs « test » par pays => labellisation.

Nous espérons que ce projet sera une étape supplémentaire vers une action à grande échelle si un grand nombre de pays s’en saisissent par la suite.

Durée du projet : 2 ans de juin 2022 à mai 2024.

]]> Femmes de Sport! Et pourquoi pas vous?
En France, le nombre de femmes licenciées dans un club sportif a augmenté depuis plusieurs années. Dans le Département du Nord, l’action « Parité Sport » qu’a déployé le CDOS du Nord avec le concours de 74 clubs et de 21 Comités Départementaux Sportifs depuis 2010 a contribué au développement de la pratique féminine et favorisé l’accès aux fonctions de dirigeantes. La Commission « Sport et Femmes » du CDOS du Nord propose chaque année un Label aux clubs qui contribuent aux actions et au développement de la pratique féminine.  Lundi 4 juillet, le CDOS du Nord a remis officiellement le Label Parité Sport à 13 clubs nordistes.

LE LABEL « PARITÉ SPORT »
L’accompagnement du mouvement sportif se traduit notamment par le décernement d’un label aux clubs qui facilitent l’accès des femmes à la pratique sportive et aux fonctions de dirigeantes, qui adaptent leur offre sportive, et les conditions d’accueil. 

Chaque année, les Comités Départementaux Sportifs sont invités à inciter leurs clubs à développer des actions « Parité Sport ».

Les dossiers de demande sont ensuite examinés et, s’ils respectent le cahier des charges, la labellisation est attribuée pour une durée de 2 ans, renouvelable sur demande.

Le CDOS du Nord s’engage à aider les clubs dans la mise en place de leur projet, leur propose des outils de communication grand public (cartes postales, affiches, communication sur les réseaux sociaux,…) mais également une aide financière à la prise de licences par l’intermédiaire de coupons sport.

LE LABEL PARITÉ SPORT EN CHIFFRES

LES LAURÉATS POUR 2022
La remise officielle des Labels « Parité Sport » s’est déroulée avec l’un de ses partenaires, le Service Départemental à la Jeunesse, à l’Engagement et aux Sports, en présence de Mr Patrick PIRET, Inspecteur,  le lundi 4 juillet  à la Maison Départementale du Sport de Villeneuve d’Ascq.
⇒ Cette manifestation s’inscrit dans la démarche d’un projet Erasmus + que porte le CDOS du Nord : le projet « SWoL » ( Sport Women Leaders).

♦ Prétendre au label, c’est répondre à un cahier des charges particulièrement précis.
→ Il demande de mettre en avant des actions spécifiques pour attirer les femmes dans la pratique sportive, de les fidéliser et de faciliter l’accès des femmes aux fonctions de dirigeantes.

♦ Le Label Parité Sport s’inscrit dans une reconnaissance réelle de l’engagement des femmes et tend à valoriser le club et ses actions.
→L’obtention de ce label peut ainsi favoriser l’obtention de subvention, d’aides diverses de la part des municipalités, une reconnaissance de la part des institutions et attirer de nouvelles adhérentes.

Le Mouvement Associatif Hauts-de-France en partenariat avec l’ANAF Hauts de France (Association Nationale des Apprentis de France) ont souhaité promouvoir ce type de contrat au sein du monde associatif. Une plaquette récapitulative du fonctionnement de l’apprentissage et des différentes ressources à solliciter sur la question a donc été réalisée afin de d’outiller les associations et les acteur.rice.s qui les accompagnent.
